lealabob ships worldwide, with the exception of few countries. All packages are provided with tracking numbers, that will be shared with you in a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 1-3 working days to process your order for all one-off/ready-to-order pieces and 2-3 weeks for all made-to-order pieces. This processing time does not account for custom-made and preordered items. These are made upon request and take approximately 4-6 weeks from order until dispatch if not specified differently.

Delivery days are estimates and are not guaranteed. We will always try to deliver your goods within our estimated delivery times, but actual delivery times are sometimes outside our control.

Products will be shipped directly from Germany by DHL, ups, fedex, dpd or tnt. International orders may take longer due to customs formalities. Check the shipping company’s website for shipping details and delivery time. Please note that we cannot ship to post box addresses.

EU: All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. 

Outside EU: Please note that the shipping rates are not inclusive of any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country. Please be advised, that it is your responsibility to pay customs duties and taxes that may apply upon shipping to your destination country.
